Zayn Malik has paid tribute to Liam Payne during a concert in his former One Direction band mate's hometown of Wolverhampton, saying he "hopes" the late star sees his gig. Videos on social media showed Malik telling his audience at the University of Wolverhampton venue The Halls "I've been doing something, at the end of the show, every night, and it's been dedicated to my brother Liam Payne". "Rest in peace," Malik said. "I hope you're seeing this. We're in your hometown tonight - Wolverhampton, this is for you, Liam." Malik rescheduled his tour's original opening dates in Edinburgh due to Payne's funeral, which he attended with fellow One Direction stars Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan. Malik left One Direction in 2015 before the group went on indefinite hiatus in 2016, with the members all going on to pursue solo careers. Following the death of Payne, Malik said he "never got to thank" his friend for supporting him through some of the "most difficult" times in his life. "I lost a brother when you left us and can't explain to you what I'd give to just give you a hug one last time and say goodbye to you properly and tell you that I loved and respected you dearly", he said in a statement shared to Instagram. "I will cherish all the memories I have with you in my heart forever. "There is no words that justify or explain how I feel right now other than beyond devastated. "I hope that wherever you are right now you are good and are at peace and you know how loved you are. Love you, bro." Argentinian prosecutors are investigating Payne's death and three people have been charged in connection with the incident. Payne died on October 16 of multiple traumas and "internal and external haemorrhage" after falling from a third-floor balcony of the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, a post-mortem report said. Kosovo arrested several suspects Saturday after an explosion at a key canal feeding two of its main power plants, while neighbouring Serbia rejected accusations of staging the blast. The explosion Friday near the town of Zubin Potok, which sits in an ethnic Serb-dominated area in Kosovo's troubled north, damaged a canal that supplies water to hundreds of thousands of people and cooling systems at two coal-fired power plants that generate most of Kosovo's electricity. As security forces swarmed the area around the canal, whose concrete walls were left with a gaping hole gushing water, Prime Minister Albin Kurti visited the site and announced authorities had arrested several people. Law enforcement "carried out searches" and "collected testimony and evidence, and the criminals and terrorists will have to face justice and the law," he said. The arrests follow a security meeting late Friday, when Kurti pointed the finger at Serbia. "The attack was carried out by professionals. We believe it comes from gangs directed by Serbia," he told a press conference, without providing evidence. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic hit back Saturday, denying the "irresponsible" and "baseless accusations". "Such unfounded claims are aimed to tarnish Serbia's reputation, as well as to undermine efforts to promote peace and stability in the region," he said in a statement to AFP. Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric had earlier suggested on X that the Kosovar "regime" could itself be behind the blast, calling for an international investigation. The main political party representing Serbs in Kosovo, Serb List, also condemned the attack "in the strongest possible terms". AFP journalists at the scene saw water leaking heavily from one side of the reinforced canal, which runs from the Serb-majority north of Kosovo to the capital, Pristina. However, electricity supplies to consumers were running smoothly on Saturday morning, with authorities having found an alternative method to cool the plants, said Kosovo's Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli. Repair work was ongoing, authorities said, while Kurti confirmed workers had managed to restore water flows to 25 percent capacity. The United States strongly condemned the "attack on critical infrastructure in Kosovo", the US embassy in Pristina said in a statement on Facebook. "We are monitoring the situation closely... and have offered our full support to the government of Kosovo to ensure that those responsible for this criminal attack are identified and held accountable." Turkey's foreign ministry also condemned the attack, adding: "We call on all parties to exercise restraint to avoid escalation in the region." The NATO-led KFOR peacekeeping mission for Kosovo joined the calls for restraint. "It is important that facts are established and that those responsible are held accountable and brought to justice," it said in a statement. The force is providing security in the surrounding area and has offered logistical, explosives removal and engineering support to the Kosovo authorities, it added. The European Union's ambassador to Kosovo, Aivo Orav, joined the international condemnation, saying on X: "The incident needs to be investigated and those responsible brought to justice." Animosity between ethnic Albanian-majority Kosovo and Serbia has persisted since the end of the war between Serbian forces and ethnic Albanian insurgents in the late 1990s. Kosovo declared independence in 2008, a move that Serbia has refused to acknowledge. Kurti's government has for months sought to dismantle a parallel system of social services and political offices backed by Belgrade to serve Kosovo's Serbs. Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama on Saturday denounced "the act of sabotage on the critical water supply infrastructure in the Iber-Lepenc Canal" in comments on X, calling it "a serious crime that endangers the lives of Kosovo's citizens and undermines the process of normalizing relations in our region." The 512GB OLED model is just over $100 more than the LCD model but offers twice the storage and several other improvements highlighted below. As such, it's worth considering spending that extra cash to get the latest model if you can afford it, especially if you have a chunky Steam library. In my opinion, if you plan to pick up an OLED, the 512GB model is the best option unless you plan to make use of that 1TB of space. While these handhelds are still pricey, they're good value when you consider gaming PCs are easily over $1000 - and you can't take them on the go. Here is the full list of specs for the Steam Deck and the Steam Deck OLED. There aren't many major differences between the design of the Steam Deck and the Steam Deck OLED. The biggest is, of course, that the OLED has a 7-inch OLED screen, while the Steam Deck has a 7-inch LCD screen. This means the OLED offers more vivid visuals with brighter contrast and richer color than the Steam Deck. During testing, we found the difference between the two to be noticeable. This screen doesn't make the Steam Deck OLED larger than the Steam Deck, though. The two have the same dimensions, and the OLED is actually slightly lighter than the Steam Deck. It's worth noting, however, that the size of both models means they aren't as portable as the , for example. The two models also have the same overall form factor and sleek black colorway, though there are some minor differences in the OLED's design, such as an orange power button instead of a black one. Regardless of which model you go for, both boast a high-quality build and great design. This is where the differences between the Steam Deck OLED and the Steam Deck become more apparent. Firstly, there's the storage capacity. The Steam Deck LCD currently only comes in a 256GB model, while the OLED is available in 512GB or 1TB. This means the OLED can store more than two to three times more games than the Steam Deck, and you can fit several sizeable games on your handheld before you need to make room. In addition, the slight improvement in memory means the OLED should run a bit faster than its predecessor, while improved WiFi and Bluetooth make connectivity more efficient. Then there's the screen itself. In addition to more vivid visuals, the OLED's screen refresh rate is up to 90Hz, as opposed to the 60Hz of the Steam Deck. This means your games are more likely to perform well and your frame rate to remain steady, but don't expect flawless performance with either device. During testing, we found several "Deck Verified" titles still struggled on the Steam Deck OLED. Perhaps the most welcome difference between the Steam Deck OLED and the Steam Deck, though, is the increased battery life of the OLED. The Steam Deck's battery life has always been contentious, as it only allows for two to eight hours of play. The Steam Deck OLED, on the other hand, allows for three to 12 hours. If performance and battery life are important factors for you when choosing a handheld, the Steam Deck OLED is definitely the better machine. While the Steam Deck is reliable, the OLED addresses some of its issues - just don't expect perfection. The Steam Deck OLED is the definitive Steam Deck model, offering improved visuals and performance alongside a longer-life battery. While the Steam Deck is a solid handheld if you're on a tighter budget, the OLED is better for future-proofing, especially as games become increasingly demanding on hardware. Just be aware that both models can struggle with certain games and aren't the easiest to take with you on the go.
